The Evntiv team is so honored to plan and produce the grand opening events for the new hospital building at BJC. This space is a unique collaboration between BJC Healthcare, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Children’s Hospital, Siteman Cancer Center, Washington University in St. Louis. The new building will house prenatal care, children’s care and cancer patients
Evntiv was honored to work with the Saint Louis Science Center on the “Mission 11: Destination Moon” Gala. Emcee John Pertzborn kicked off the evening which featured a powerful video created by Vidzu Media and ended with a fantastic guided space flight using 3D projectors – narrated by Astronaut Chris Ferguson!
Event planning agency Evntiv promotes Rachel Weis to Vice President, Client Service. Weis has been with Evntiv since 2014 serving in both Project Manager and Senior Project Manager roles. “Rachel has demonstrated the kind of leadership that will propel Evntiv forward into the future,” explains Sam Foxman, President and Co-Founder. “It takes a special kind of person to be strategic as well as tactical—big picture and detail-oriented. Rachel is one of those rare people,” adds Foxman.
Weis will lead a team of Project Managers, creative and technical staff to create, plan and produce more than 50 large-scale events in 2018. She is responsible for Evntiv’s most high-profile clients including Amazon, Washington University in St. Louis, UC San Diego Health, Southwest Airlines, Bi-State Development, Executive Leadership Council and others.
Prior to joining Evntiv, Weis spent several years as an Account Manager at Paradowski Creative supporting the marketing efforts of various local and national brands including Pernod Ricard, Cutex, The Sheldon Concert Hall, Anheuser-Busch InBev and Famous Footwear.
Evntiv President and Co-Founder, Sam Foxman, delivered an incredible panel discussion titled NEW. NOW. NEXT. Tools & Technology to Support Killer Content, as part of the EduCon 2017 for the St. Louis area chapter of MPI (Meeting Professionals International). Foxman spoke about the new standards in event technology and moderated, an all-star panel of event pros inclusing Rachel Weis, John Launius, Josh Guffey, Steve Friedman, and Douglas Hall representing Evntiv, CPG Agency, Vidzu Media, Geniecast and The Nitrous Effect.
